College Students Are Pawns in the Scientific Method Dispute
College students are paying hefty tuitions for being taught reliable knowledge. Employers are constantly stating they want graduates who are good problem solvers and decision makers. Students also need this knowledge to be successful in their personal affairs.
But here is the situation. A group of top educators are perpetuating a powerful false concept that the scientific method, the complete creative problem and decision making method for all fields, does not exist. Therefore, it is hardly being taught at all in our colleges and universities today instead of being a major subject all students are taught.
Go to Google and type in “the scientific method.” You will see there are 1,650,000 hits. Go to Yahoo and you will see there are 2,200,000 hits. I estimate 95% or more acknowledge the existence of the scientific method.
Thus students are the pawns of the group preventing it from being a major subject in the college curricula. College students and their parents should investigate this and take action to correct the situation now!
